Lyme And Colon Hydrotherapy

What do Lyme and Colon Hydrotherapy have to do with on another?

Apparently some potentially good stuff.

I thought I’d share news on colon hydrotherapy and lyme disease.

The original article was written by Darin Ingels, ND, FAAEM.

Spot on.

I currently have a lyme patient at my wellness center and this story rang home.

Ingles’ basically says detoxing is a vital part of fighting Lyme Disease, aiding in the relief of released endotoxins.

When Lyme is killed, the body must detox to remove the endotoxins that the spirochetes (bad bacteria) release.

He states, research shows the intestinal tract accounts for 70-80% of immune function; thus, maintaining healthy intestinal permeability, balanced microflora, and optimal digestion is essential for overcoming any chronic infection.

Furthermore he claims, that it’s important to ensure proper intestinal motility to prevent dysbiosis and mucosal inflammation, which in turn can disrupt normal intestinal function.

Colon hydrotherapy is an effective way to promote better bowel function and improve motility and elimination.

He says he had some Lyme patients that failed every therapy they tried except colon hydrotherapy, which helped them improve and he recommended 1-2 sessions per week for the first 4 weeks,

and to then adjust the schedule based on clinical response.
