Cancellations

Cancellations require 24 hour notice. 

Customers are responsible for the full cost of their appointment if 24 hour notice is not applied.

Same day cancellations are considered a “No Show” and full cost of the appointment will be required.

 

Refunds 

Refunds require 24 hour cancellation notice, and a small refund fee will be applied as required by Square who fulfills our credit card purchases.

 

Office

Clenz offices are located in a vintage building, and to enter the premises, one must be able to walk-up stairs.

 

Treatment Requirements

Clients who schedule a colon hydrotherapy treatment must be able to insert a small nozzle that delivers the water into the colon, into the rectum. 

The maximum weight allowed on the colonic bed is 325 pounds.

No shoes are allowed on the equipment and socks are encouraged.

Due to the nature of our products, Clenz does not allows returns or refunds.

All supplies used during a treatment are new and disposable.
